| Abstract: | 本学寄附講座として開講されたヘルスフード科学(中島董一郎記念)寄附講座は、平成23 年度をもって10 年となり終了する。「予防医学のための機能性食品、すなわちヘルスフードの新規探索、機能解明、用途開発に関する教育・研究」を目的として運命共同体としての活動をしてきた。さらに、海外調
査研修、展示会出展、食品産業界との連携や社会一般に向けた啓発活動を積極的に行い、寄附者のCSR の考えに基づき運営をして来た。 The Laboratory of Nutraceutical and Functional Foods Science (Nakashima Touichirou Memorial Programme), an endowed programme, will complete its term at the end of the 2011 academic year. Under the objective of “researching functional foods as preventive medicine”, the members of this programme have rigorously pursued the novel discovery, functional analysis, and application development of health foods as an independent
research unit. Furthermore, following CSR’s (the endower’s) vision, we have participated in a number of overseas research trips, conferences and exhibitions, while proactively collaborating with food industries and positively contributing to society’s well being through educational activities. |
